Terms of using the "WebsiteWatch" is provided under these legal documents.
RL reserves the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change these Terms in RL's sole and absolute discretion. The most current version of these Terms can be reviewed at this URL anytime. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. By using the "WebsiteWatch" RL provides after changes are made to the Terms you agree to be bound by such changes. Your only recourse if you disagree with the Terms, or changes to the Terms, is to discontinue your use of the "WebsiteWatch". As such, you should review the Terms periodically.
1. Check out your "PageData" RL creates before your buying the "WebWatch".
The "WebsiteWatch" is an online service that is provided by software that RL developed (However, RL uses CSS and table-tag-design that were created by Mr.Chris Boulton). The "WebsiteWatch" means "website alteration monitoring service". The "WebsiteWatch" software RL created doesn't have any awaresome function. It's ordinary one.
Before selling the "WebsiteWatch" to you, RL creates your "PageData". The "PageData" are "original files" to take the difference. And "your WebsiteWatch" in RL's LAN is called "your WebsiteWatch account" ( or "your account"). Within 1 week from the day of your confirmation of your "PageData", you need to pay the basis rate of one month if you would like to buy your "WebsiteWatch". You can cancel after your confirmation the "PageData". Over 1 week without paying, your "WebsiteWatch" account is automatically deleted. RL does not notify you that your "WebsiteWatch" is deleted. If your account is deleted, your Whois Information is not deleted.
In your "account", the "status report of change" created by the "WebsiteWatch" automatically is displayed. The "status report of change" is displayed in the "Viewing-Report-Panel", a tool to view the "status report of change".
2. Buying of your "WebsiteWatch"
The first payment

→ (3) Pay the 1st month cost of the "WebsiteWatch"
→ (4) Start to use!

If you pay the one-month-cost of your "WebsiteWatch", RL recognizes that you agree this terms and all of the legal documents that RL provides you. If you are one of your organization and your members also use your "WebsiteWatch", RL recognizes that you and your members agree this terms and all of the legal documents RL provides you. If you would like to continue to use your "WebsiteWatch" at the end of the 1st month, you can buy on your "WebsiteWatch" account.
4. Recieving E-mail from RL
By using e-mail address that you register when you sign up, RL sends a service contents of the "WebsiteWatch", the "Email-Alert", to you, and by using it, RL contacts you.
You (and your member) agree to receive E-mails from RL. RL does not send any commercial E-mail less than twice a month, and when RL sends any coomercial E-mail to you (and your member), RL writes [PR] in the title.
5. LIMITATION OF RL's LIABILITY
In order to provide software that is created by RL to RL's customers, RL usually provides an online tool called the "Rainbow-Link Control Panel". But to provide the "WebsiteWatch", RL doesn't provide the "Rainbow-Link Control Panel" to you. The reason why in your "WebsiteWatch" account, there are no data without the "status report of change". The "status report of change" is created by your website in the Internet, and you don't edit the information in your "WebsiteWatch" account. So instead of the "Rainbow-Link Control Panel", RL provides you the "Viewing-Report-Panel".
"Your location, phone number, company name, name of the person in charge" that you submit with your application are stored elsewhere in your "WebsiteWatch" account. It's in RL own "Rainbow Link Control Panel".
However, for your secure logging in your "WebsiteWatch" account, every time RL issuers a login-passsword in the E-mail. This login-password to view the "status report of change" is a everytime-new one. It's one of the "One-time password" type passwords. But it isn't the same one that RL issues for the "Rainbow-Link Control Panel". The one-time password RL issues for the "Rainbow-Link Control Panel" is a one-time password that can not be used again if a user use once. But the one-time password for the "Viewing-Report-Panel" is a "password that isn't be revoked by time. You can use the login-password in order to the "status report of change" of a specific date in the past.
According to the statement above, RL makes effort to protect your "WebsiteWatch" account as far as RL does. However, due to external activities beyond RL's control, RL can not guarantee 100% security. RL's liability in the event of any claim, the maximum amount you actually paid to RL SIX months before the cause of the occurrence of any such claim. Conflict between you and RL, the competent court shall be resolved as a first chapter Matsumoto, Nagano District Court in JAPAN.
